Last updated June 7, 2026. These terms explain how you may use Northroute and what you can expect from the service.
Our service
Northroute provides tools for mystery shoppers to plan routes, organize assignments, track mileage, and monitor earnings. We are not a mystery shop provider and are not affiliated with one.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Please provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; Northroute does not store complete payment-card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and pricing may change with notice where required by law.
Your data
You retain ownership of the information you add to Northroute. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Acceptable use
Please use Northroute lawfully and responsibly. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another person's account.
Availability and liability
We work to make Northroute useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, job availability, income, or the accuracy of route and mileage estimates. To the extent permitted by law, Northroute is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continuing to use Northroute after an update means you accept the revised terms.
