Northroute got a major planning update with bulk shop scheduling, richer template defaults, clearer earnings, and more reliable route execution.
- Added a dedicated shop planner for high-volume scheduling with batch defaults, saved-template picks, and multi-location selection.
- Shop templates can now store shop-type overrides plus per-location timing and pay defaults, and template locations can be imported from CSV.
- Forwarded email imports now support batched processing and send one summary response for the whole batch.
- Payments and earnings now reflect reimbursements more accurately and give a clearer earnings breakdown without loading heavy sections until requested.
- Fixed field mode getting stuck on a pending stop after the stop had already been finished.
- Fixed route regeneration and persistence issues around missing route times, custom-stop durations, and route date handling.
We added the ability to create shops by forwarding your confirmation email.
- Shops can now be made by forwarding emails to shop-import@northroute.app
- Fixed a bug where shop addresses would be rejected for using abbreviations
- Fixed a bug that prevented routes from being saved.
There are now even more improvements to make shop tracking and route creation easier.
- Create custom timing for routes. For example, specify an entire window or a designated start/end time for the route.
- In your settings, you can set preferences for how routes should be scheduled.
- You can manually re-order stops before saving them.
- (Experimental) You can now generate routes based on shop time constraints. For example, routing can take into account when a shop must be started.
