- Redesigned the dashboard around daily work, including assignments that need attention, today's shops and route, work-status counts, and frequently used tools.
- Added a dedicated Shops workspace with status filters, address and title search, 25-item pages, and bulk submission for completed shops.
- Added inbox selection and bulk actions for marking messages read, archiving, trashing, restoring, and clearing the inbox without permanently deleting messages.
- Added bounded pagination and visible loading feedback across shop, route, and inbox lists so larger accounts remain responsive.

- Added a dedicated shop planner for high-volume scheduling with batch defaults, saved-template picks, and multi-location selection.
- Shop templates can now store shop-type overrides plus per-location timing and pay defaults, and template locations can be imported from CSV.
- Forwarded email imports now support batched processing and send one summary response for the whole batch.
- Fixed field mode getting stuck on a pending stop after the stop had already been finished.
